Claims

Claims management is an integral part of our role and we pride ourselves on the quality of our claims service. We have a proven ability to manage claims quickly and effectively and we involve our most senior people directly in the claims process.

We give claims handling consideration to every policy placement we arrange and wherever possible we seek to appoint nominated Loss Adjusters to ensure clients have an immediate local contact in the event of a potential loss scenario.

We regularly meet with our network of local Loss Adjusters to make sure they have the necessary experience to fully understand the nature of the industry, unique regional characteristics and the application of the industry recognised policy wordings.
